Rooms are clean, comfortable, and cheap. I've stayed many places in Harper County and the Harper Motel is definitely where I've gotten the best value for what I payed. It the place to stay if you are bringing a large crew for an extended period of time. Employees are very friendly and the owner also runs the Red Rooster Cafe adjacent to the motel. The food there is by far the best I've had in a restaurant in years.
