So far we haven't had a very good experience with Harper Camperland in Great Bend. We purchased a new 2014 Eagle Premier 371FLFS on July 2nd. We pulled it 90 miles to the lake where it will be the rest of the summer and when tried to set up the auto jacks didn't work, the rear jacks won't move unless they are cranked manually. Since it was a holiday weekend they were closed that Friday. We called in on the following Monday morning. I didn't get a care in the world. The shop guy just said we'll have to bring it back and they'll check on it. It would be a lot easier for a truck to come out than pulling the trailer back to them. We called again and talked to another shop guy he tried to talk us through resetting the computer, with no luck.
Not sure I would recommend them at this point.
We have only owned this almost 2 weeks........ And still no calls or any apology or any concern from the dealer..
Hoping things will get better and I can change my review to a 5 star.
All communication with Harper Camperland was quick and responsive. When I arrived to take possession of my motorhome it was prepared and waiting. The tech who walked me through was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to be helpful. The necessary paperwork was ready and completed in a minimum amount of time and was relatively painless. The overall experience was pleasant and professional. And, the motorhome was an exceptionally good buy at an exceptionally good price.
We bought a motorhome home from Harper Camperland in 2005 and had a very good experience with them ever since. Their work is excellent and they treat you has part of the family when you go in for service. I would recommend tem to anyone looking for a camper.

Now the shower door leaks under the seal and it has warped the door jam to the bathroom so the door does not shut correctly. So now we can't take a shower in our new camper.
We never get a call back when they say they will call. It is July 16th and still no one has come out and the jacks are still not working.
Our awning was unrolling coming into Harper. Had to stay the night and see if Harper Camperland and could help us. Called them and Mike had us come over and they had us back on the road in just a few minutes. Thanks Mike and guys that work with him.
